1. Eligibility for Full Refund

A candidate is eligible for a 100% refund of the paid fees if:

  • The candidate does not receive any interview calls from companies arranged by Sara Infotech.

  • The candidate does not receive any job offer from our network of hiring partners.

  • The refund request is raised within 30 days from the date of program completion or last scheduled interview effort.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund

A candidate will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The candidate misses the scheduled interview(s) arranged by Sara Infotech without valid reasons.

  • The candidate fails to attend any interviews within 30 days from the first interview date or program completion.

  • The candidate rejects or declines job offers provided through our partner network.

  • The candidate does not respond to interview scheduling communication within a reasonable time frame (as determined by Sara Infotech).

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refund requests must be sent via email to [Insert Support Email] or WhatsApp to +91 88071 49438.

  • Sara Infotech will review and verify the claim. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Other Terms

  • Refunds are applicable only for direct candidates enrolled through official channels.

  • Any tax or transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (Razorpay) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Sara Infotech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
